Stephen previously worked as an International Relations Advisor in the University of Melbourne’s International Relations Office and Global Engagement Coordinator for Melbourne Business School. Over the last 20 years he has lived, studied and worked in Japan, China, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. He has held positions with the Royal Australian Air Force, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade - in Canberra, the Australian Embassies in Beijing and Jakarta, and the Australian Consulate-General Guangzhou. Stephen has spent a number of years in the private sector in sales and marketing in Carbon and Renewable Energy. Stephen speaks Japanese, Mandarin and Indonesian.
